Values Exercise: Coaching is structured around getting your needs met and orienting your life around your true values. Refer to the List of Values set out by Brene Brown and identify your top 5 values. These are the beliefs that are most important to you, that help you find your way in the dark, that fill you with a feeling of purpose. You can start with a list of ~20 and slowly narrow down as you go to land on 5- remember that these may have changed for you since the first time you've done this exercise. Choose what feels really aligned, vs what might look good. List your top 5 values here and share how they influence your life and career choices
